What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting During Pregnancy?

hi I am 22 weeks pregnant and I recently went to the bathroom to urinate when I wiped there was pink tint on the toilet paper. It was a little amount but happened the last three times I had to urinate. I am concerned. hopefully I am being a worry wart. please respond

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Any discharge, spotting or bleeding during pregnancy needs to be investigated.
Although mild spotting is not of much concern and can be due to increased congestion of pelvic organs, I suggest you to consult your gynaecologist for clinical assessment.
An ultrasound of pelvic region may be ordered to assess the well being of your pregnancy.
