What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting?

I had light pink spotting that occured only twice when I wiped on the 13th of last month. My periods normally come by the 25th-27th , ive had light cramping since the 13th but no period, even tho its felt like its going to come for weeks now & pregnancy tests are coming back negative. What could be the issue?

Hi, I think you should go for evaluation by a gynecologist. It can happen due to some hormonal imbalances or may be due to stress factor. You can go for a ultrasound to see the uterus and ovaries. You will need some medicines for inducing periods. Hope I have answered your question.
