What Causes Pink Vaginal Spotting?

My predictive week for my next period was march 5th-march 11th. I did not have any premenstrual symptoms and I did not have cramping. My period was late so I took two pregnancy test but they were negative. I started having very light pink spotting on Tuesday , march 14th. I have been having on and off bleeding until today. I wanted to know if this was normal ? And could I be pregnant ?

Hi, I think you can repeat a urine pregnancy test to rule out pregnancy. Sometimes delayed implantation occurs and also it can be due to implantation bleeding. Get a ultrasound done to confirm it.If tests are negative, the other possibility is of infection. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics.
