What Causes Pinkish And Light Brown Spotting With Mild Cramps?

i ve been trying get pregnant last menstrual was 2-28-17 my cycle is 28 days my menstrual period is 3 days late. today i have notice pinkish and brown light spotting and mild cramping all day my basal temp high i took pregnancy test was negative. what could be going on?

Hi, I think you will be getting the periods in few days. Geese can be premenstrual symptoms or it can be due to some infections. So, get yourself examined by a gynecologist. You may need some antibiotics.
