hi i have a question i have some spotting and its pinkish brownish and mild cramping and i have been moody and neausea and and tired and i dont start my period to the 18th or the 20th and its been going on for 2 days it stops and comes back but still spotting does that mean i could be pregnant

As the period is coming so there is a minimum chance of pregnancy.
I will advise the urine pregnancy test.
If the test comes negative, then please undergo an ultrasound to rule out any uterine or ovarian pathology.
