What Causes Pinkish Purple Patch, White Circle Around The Inside Of Cheek?
I have a pinkish purple patch with a white circle that goes around it on the inside of my cheek. Probably a centimeter in diameter. It is not painful but does have a little different texture to it then the rest of my mouth. I have been washing my mouth out with warm saltwater for the past week and have not seen a difference. Any thoughts?

hello thanks for consulting at hcm...u havent mentioned ur age,, it could be measles ,, koplik spots which u r describing lesions on buccal mucosa,,kindly consult ur oral medicine/oral surgeon specialist for a check up asap and treatment ..hope it helps..tc
