What Causes Pinkish Raised Spots On Face?

I have had a few strange spots on my face the past three days. Three nights ago I slept in a dank room, it had a strange sour smell and so did the bed sheet (like it didn t dry properly). I didn t sleep much/well and when I awoke there were four pink dots on my face, like small pimples except they weren t raised. They do not itch and they haven t spread or changed, though they became a little raised. I m wondering if there s an infection or if it s just an allergic reaction?
