What Causes Pinkish Vaginal Discharge And Abdominal Pain?

Gynecological question (Dr Jain?): I am 66 years old, last menstruation 15 years ago. For a few months now I have been experiencing increased vaginal mucosa. About a month ago it started to occasionally turn pinkish. Since yesterday I can actually identify it as very low level bleeding. Very clean, no smell. I am energetic, no other symptoms, just a light abdominal discomfort since this morning, almost like the start of a menstruation. I plan to see my family doctor on Monday. Should I worry? What other info will he look for, what should I prepare?
