Hi there, I will suggest you the best possible treatment options.

As you depo contraceptive method has finished it's capacity, you are not protected against getting pregnant any more.
Unprotected sex activity can lead to pregnancy.

Your symptoms can be due to hormonal imbalance. You can confirm or rule out pregnancy ,atleast 20 days after your first episode of unprotected sex activity. Presence of beta HCG in urine and or blood test will be of help.

If you are pregnant, then you can continue with the pregnancy or opt for termination of pregnancy with abortion pills under medical supervision safely till 9 weeks of pregnancy.

If you are not pregnant, then I will suggest you to opt for a healthy diet and regular exercise regimen. Please seek prescription support from your treating doctor for Long acting form of vitamin B 6, vitamin B 12 and Folic acid supplementation for 3 months.

Please get proper sex counseling done about further use of contraceptive method.

I hope this helps you.
Thanks.
