What Causes Pins And Needles Feeling In The Body, Hand Tremors And Sweating?

I have shaking hands, and I was sweating a few minutes ago, and i ve felt pins and needles a few times recently. But i had a lot of sugur earlier, so it can t be low blood suger, I do have IBS, but i don t know if that has anything to do with it, unless i took in to much sugar. But i still don t know for sure what it could be.

As per your history is concerned you have vitamin B deficient so take B-12 injection 2 ml four times per week for one month,then once a week for one month ,then once a month for maintenance.This will clear all your problems.Check your fasting and PP and adjust your dose.
