What Causes Pins And Needles From Thigh To Foot?

hi im am 20years old and suffer from pins and needles alot. its been worse wince having my son almost 3 years ago. they are always in my right leg and just comes without putting preasure on it. it usaly starts in my foot and can go right up to my thigh!
