What Causes Pins And Needles In Arms And Legs?

hi. i have pins and needle feeling in arms and legs.also burning feeling in thighs.have had mri of lumbar spine,cervical spine, brain. cbc,cmp bllod test. the only thing that it showed was herniated disc in l4 l5. and buldging disc in c6 c7 in the neck. i have no back pain or neck pain. but the burning,tingling, pins and needles is awful. it comes and goes. i also have ddd and bone spurs. could these symptoms be coming from my neck and back even though i dont have pain in the back or neck?
