What Causes Pins And Needles In Fingers With Twitching In Arms?

Sometimes my fingers feel like someone is poking me with a needle. This happens randomly, but it happens every day. Also, my hands have been kind of shaky lately. And I've been twitching. My legs kinda jerk (usually happens when I'm about to go to sleep or when I'm laying down, but it happens at other times too). And my arms and shoulder twitch randomly. Also, I don't know if this is related or not but the top of my right foot has been numb for a while. It's not the whole top, just a medium sized patch of flesh. And whenever anyone touches it feels all tingly. Is this normal?
