What Causes 'pins And Needles' In Foot After An Injury?

I fell off of a horse, back on june 5, 09. I laid there for 30 mins, with my left femur broke in half, my question is this, while I was laying there was laying there i was on my right side, legs partually bent, now while i was laying there could the blood and oxygen have been cut off from my foot and if so, what does that mean, is it curable, right now, i currently experience the following, severly cold foot, tingling, cramps, pins and needles, and severe pain. and my foot turns a blueish color, could this be from lack of oxygen and blood, are there tests to see, are there any treatment that can be done, willl i lose my foot? I had to have a rod and 2 pins put in my leg, I have also been diognosed with mucsle apathy and neurapthy, (sorry about the spelling). and osteroprosis, thank you
