What Causes Pins And Needles In Left Arm And Fingers?

I am experiencing pins and needles in my left arm, down to my fingers. I am under great stress and thinking it might be that. My nephew just passed and I am spending time with my brother and family, I am getting ready to move 4 hours away, have to go on Tues for a medical for a course I am beginning on the 08 of Sept, then have to find a job.. I have been under great stress for months, then lost my job in June , sister inlaw had a stroke, older brother in hospital having part of his foot removed. I am not on any meds and my BP is usually very low. wondering if I should just try to chill or go to hospital.

Hi

You should definitely visit a hospital to rule out any cause of peripheral neuropathy or nerve related disorders.

Diabetes,Nerve impingement Sciatica,Nutritional deficiencies such as vitamin b12 deficiencies,autoimmune diseases should be ruled out.

Treatment is based on the cause.Hot compress and vitamin b12 injection can reduce the symptoms.

Avoid stress by physical exercise,meditation and mind relaxation techniques.
