What Causes Pins And Needles In Left Hand Causing Difficulty In Holding Things?

Hi I have been experiencing pins and needles in my left hand and recently i have been dropping things despite having what i thought was a firm grip. I have also noticed i have what looks like red veins leading up to the cornea in my right eye. Please help!!
