What Causes Pins And Needles In Legs Followed By Numbness?

Hello, I get pins and needles in my hands and feet even though i am not lying or stoping blood flow ,this is getting worse as it has now reached up to my knee, also usually after i get pins and needles i get numbness and even if do not get pins and needles i also sweat alot in my hands and feet.
