What Causes Pins And Needles On Body With Burning Eyes?

hi dr. for the past 1 year i have been having some health problem , but still now they don`t know what`s wrong with me. burning feet, pins an needle all over my body, pain on finger nails, burning eyes,tingling on my face, bum. burning tongue an me head. i have done all test but all negative.

Hi,
From history it seems that this can be due to neuritis or long term diabetes.
There is another possibility of having Vitamin B12 deficiency.
Go for B12 estimation and blood sugar estimation.
Take vitamin B12, B6 and other multivitamin supplements.
