What Causes Pins And Needles On The Right Arm?

My mother has been having pins and needle sensation on her right arm for the last two montlhs. The blood test report is normal and she has arthritis since the last 4 yrs .Her age is 55 yrs and she is 5 feet 3 inches tall weighing 55 Kgs. I want to know why this is happening.
