What Causes 'pins And Needles' Sensation In Foot?

i keep getting recurring trush i have been to my family planning clinic and they have given me a pessary which i used on friday i am still feeling irritated now i have also been using the cream, i have been feeling tired alot lately and for the last week every morning i have been waking up with pins and needles in my left foot, what do you think could be the problem??
