What Causes Pins And Needles Sensation In The Face And Itchy Scalp?

Hi I had pins and needles pain on the rt side of my face and itchy scalp, saw my GP who taught it was GCA, my ESR was normal she said, and I had treatment of prednisolone 60mg for 1 week + then I had 3-4 blisters on my scalp when I cut my hair due to the pins & needles, I went for review of medication and saw a second GP and informed her of the blister, she said I would be treated for shingles .

face sensation can be neurological and itchy and scalp can be dandruff. apply nizral solution followed by nizral shampoo. repeat it several time. you will get relief from scalp problem.
