What Causes Pityriasis Rosea Along With Urinary Tract Infection?

My mother (who is 96 years ) has spots on her back initially diagnosed as pityriasis rosea. This was discovered today 6/25. In April she was admitted to hospital for a urinary tract infection in which she was give antibiotics. Her blood pressure was also very high at that time and they gave her fluids to reduce her blood pressure. her blood pressure is usually normal. Do you think the two problems are related?
