What Causes Placenta Abruption At Delivery?

I had a placenta abruption during my sons delivery, how often does this occur and is it something I should be concerned with if I have another baby? The abruption caused me to have an amniotic fluid embolism, what are my chances of having that happen again?

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that "Placenta Abruption" mostly happens in late pregnancy, if your are above 35 years age and had a history of placenta Abruption then you should be careful for next pregnancy and in my opinion it would be better to avoid this, take care, have a nice day.
