What Causes Polyorchidism?
for years now it feels as if i have a third testical. many times it has gotten large and inflamed. i could even grab it and hold it. it feels like a lumpy vein. during foreplay my girlfriend actually sucked on it and honestly it hurted bad but felt good. but im worried.

Go for an ultrasonography and get this operated - It may be an encysted hydrocele.
Get the proper diagnosis done as there is remote chance of a something which should have been taken care of long ago
