What Causes Polyp Like Growth Between Anus And Cervix?

I am concerned about the small pollups around my anis they hurt when I poo and itch at night. At first I thought it was toilet paper crumbs but it is not. I have had mild hemeroids since I had my last child 10 yrs ago how ever the pollups are now in between my anis and my vagina in the piece of skin that separates them also. What can it be and what can I do? THANK YOU
