What Causes Polyp Like Growth On The Vagina?

There is a small piece of flesh sticking out of my vagina. Also, at the end where it connects to the inside of my vagina, there are small bumps there. Another thing is, on this growth, there is a hole in the flesh. This growth, of what seems like flesh, has been here for a few months, I can t recall exactly how many months. I feel no pain with this bump. I am sexually active with only one guy. What could this be?
