What Causes Polyps On Colon Along With Rectal Bleeding?

I have had pre cancerous polups in my colon about 3 years ago and the following year i had another polup that was not cancerous in the same spot. I have started to have rectal bleeding again and it seems to get pretty bad and then go away for a day. I am not sure when i need to go in or if i can get by without seeing a doctor until after the first of the year when my insurance kicks in.
