What Causes Poor Appetite And Depression While On Phenobarbital And Dilantin?

I m a 50 yr old woman who usually is up and out of bed by 5a no matter the day. Lately I m not getting up until after 12 if its not a work day of course. I m not eating and now I m to the point of thinking of different ways to end my life. I have no friends I have boyfriend and I m all alone. I do take phenobarbital and dylantin and I m wondering if its the medicine? I ve been on this medicine for 30 years. Thank you but I m not paying for an answer

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

Aperizers like aristozyme can be tried. The cause may be psychological and psychological support and motivation will be the prime treatment.
