What Causes Poor Appetite, Breathlessness, Dizziness And Headache?

I m not sure what s wrong I haven t been eating and I m barely drinking any time I try it feels like I m checking I feel like I can t breath I get really dizzy and I get a headache I m not sure what s causing it I ve never had this before my family thinks it s an anxiety attack but I m not sure

Hello,

The symptoms can be related to an anxiety attack. I suggest using an anxiolytic such as Xanax for a short period of time. If the symptoms continue, I suggest doing a complete blood count and a chest X-ray for further evaluation.
