What Causes Poor Appetite, Chronic Burping, Weight Loss And Constipation?

80 year old has lack of appetite and has chronic burping when does eat a very small meal. Doesnt want to get out of bed ecept to go to bathroom. Only wants to drink mineral water. Hasnt left the house for weeks and just lies in bed. Of course considerable weight loss has occurred and some constipation for days and has been using suppositories. Some nausea and feels and wants a fan on to try to feel better. Was on blood pressure tablets but doesnt take them now for 2months. Wants two panadene before sleeps at night
