What Causes Poor Concentration And Anxiety?
I have several different issues. I am a graduate student, and I have a hard time concentrating on my work and feeling motivated to actually do it. When I begin to do homework, I have anxiety about how many pages there are to read. Also, I am constantly feeling cloudy heady.

Hi,
Your symptoms suggested you are suffering from generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). You should start immediately anxiolytic drugs (combination of SSRI+ Benzodiazepine). It will relieve your symptoms a lot. You are to be also evaluated for obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
