What Causes Poor Concentration And Drowsiness While On Klonopin, Latuda And Paxil?

I had been taking Klonopin (1 mg 3 times a day), Latuda (80 mg a day) and Paxil CR (75 mg a day). Because of changes with insurance coverage under Medicare, I had to stop taking Paxil abruptly and was started on 10 mg of Lexapro. A month later, with the increase in Lexapro to 20 mg, I began feeling drowsy and half awake. My concentration is poor and I am extremely absent-minded. It is a nightmarish state. My doctor has retired and I don t see a new one until the 29th of this month. Could you help me understand if the combination of these drugs contributes to my problem? Thanks so much! Elaine
