What Causes Poor Concentration While Suffering From Blood Pressure Issues?

I have been having blood pressure issues, so my doctor is changing my meds as well as dosages. My problem is that I am noticing lapses of concentration both at work and at home. Most recently while making love to my wife, my body just shut down. Like a computer rebooting. One minute passion, the next nothing! Any ideas?
