What Causes Poor Erections?

Hello, I am a 21 year old male who has been experiencing some issues with erections here recently. I noticed that I have not been waking up with morning wood every morning and haven t had one in about 6 days now. Also, while sometimes I can stay erect during sexual activity, there are other times where I get an erection, but it is not hard enough intercourse and it will go away in a matter of minutes. I am extremely active, have an excellent diet, and am properly hydrated. I know that psychological issues could be a problem with it, but the lack of morning wood and strength of my erections at this young of an age is concerning me. Do you have any suggestions for me? Should I be worried? Zach

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

Avoid unwanted stress and anxiety. Relaxation techniques like yoga and meditation can help a bit.

If symptoms persist you can consult a urologist and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
