My son s father is experiencing the following symptoms: Inability to retain new information, muted (not complete loss) of hearing, changes in vision - has become farsighted and sometimes sees everything in a color, for example, yellow - as if he is wearing sunglasses. He also suffers from low testosterone. He feels tingling and or numbness in his head. He has had an MRI and they suggested he see a neurologist, which he is scheduled to do, but it is weeks away. He feels his symptoms are getting worse every couple days and are now including emotional outbreaks - which this anxiety can contribute to. At first they told him it was stress/anxiety, but the MRI showed unusual brain activity on one side. They told him nothing else. Could a stroke have caused all of these symptoms and it be continuing rather than healing?
