Hello,

Low immunity is seen when you have severe disorders than affect the bodies T cells and it’s fighting ability.

They can include Tuberculosis, Autoimmune diseases, HIV, chronic diseases that put a toll on life, any types of cancers so get the chest x-ray done, ESR test done and follow up with reports.

If he has cough with expectorant, then do the sputum routine and culture also. We can then find out based on the reports what the exact thing is going on.

Kindly follow up and also tell them to eat well and drink lots of water and can take vitamin B12 and vitamin C tablets.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
