Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

As per your complain you have problem of lack of concentration problem that may be because of B12 deficincey. Check your b12 level. Low blood sugar level or anemia also lead to lack of concentration. Thyroid problem also ruled out. Do a complete blood cell count and thyroid function test for further diagnosis. Consult a physician for further diagnosis. Detailed history and physical examination give exact idea about problems.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rachana Goswami
