What Causes Poor Memory?
I have a very hard time remembering anything even when I am driving I have to to make shore my duahter is with me because if forget where we are going . I am taking classes to get a job and my teacher is fit to be tied with me because I cant answer questions and I just freeze . what is wrong with me??? please

Hello,
I think you may need to visit a neurologist. You nay be suffering from amnesia, forgetting things often.
Taking vitamin B complex may be some way helpful but you may need to get evaluated.
A MRI may be done to check the grey matter changes of the body.
The possibility of degenerative brain disease is high.
