What Causes Poor Vision Along With Headaches, Nausea And Dizziness?

I am having trouble seeing clearly, light headaches, nausea, slight dizziness, weakness and chest pains. this has gone on for a month straight. when this started, I had an episode where I was dizzy, sweating horribly, hot pressure in my ears, nausea, and severe weakness. What is wrong with me? Hospital said I have Vertigo and gave me meds to treat that, these meds make it worse.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I suggest you to take tablet Propranolol SR OD (once daily after food) for 5 days. I advise you to check for hypertension and eye (optic nerve) examination and consult your physician for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Indhu Priyadharshini, General & Family Physician
