What Causes Poor Vision And Pain In The Legs?

I have recently gotten poor vision, I need readers to check my cell phone and appears to get worse all the time. I can see my golf ball on the green 200 yards ahead but not my cell phone. Additionally I have veins in my legs getting painful or sensitive especially after I fly or work out. The joints in my hands and feet are sore. Specifically my feet and joints are very sore and at times feel like they are injured. Every morning it takes me time to get my legs moving. Also at forty I was diagnosed with epilepsy I am 45 years old and concerned as it appears to be getting worse.
