What Causes Poor Weight Gain While Having Gastritis And Bartholin S Cyst?

Hi..I have some health issue..I think I migh have bartholyn cyst cause I can feel a lump at my left entrance side.and one more thing I also have gastric n I am so hard to gain weight n easily loose some weight if I just skip meal for couple of days.my concern is my weight.so is there any link issue cause I have bartholyn cyst n gastric tht is why I am underweight..and how can.I overcome my underweight issue n gain normal weight..hope to hear from u soon.thank u in advance..

Hi,

Bartholin cysts are commonest vaginal cysts. You can take NSAID like Advil for relief of pain.

You have gastritis and acid reflux with superadded abdominal infection. Due to infection and inflammation, there is poor absorption of nutrients, vitamins (especially vitamin B12) and minerals and hence poor weight gain.

Take small frequent meals instead of large major meals. Avoid heavy and fatty meals and junk diet. Avoid tea, coffee, alcohol, and spices. Be physically active.
