Hello! Welcome to HealthcareMagic!

Proper way of taking Duromine is to take it in the morning without food, avoid crushing or chewing it as it is an extendable release tablet. If no proper benefit is seen in first 3 months then it is advised to be stopped. Consult your treating doctor for the same.

Thank you for the query. Hope this clarifies your concern.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
