What Causes Popping And Pain In The Middle Of Spine While Coughing?

Every time I cough hard the middle of of my spine(just below my bra line) pops and it is quick but it hurts when it happens. I have never had this feeling before, and it's been happening for 3 weeks, after I started physiotherapy. What could it be and what can I do to stop it? Thank you in advance

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if you cough up in force then it will create the kind of force and it may travel towards muscle area, and this may cause pain, some time pre-existing condition of muscular spasm may be the cause of pain, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
