What Causes Popping Sensation In The Ears While Swallowing?

I took 1 10mg of reactine 3 hours ago and I m even more stuffed up then I was when I took it. I can t breathe out of my nose. And when I swallow my ears pop and I can t breathe. Should I take another one? I have a headache as well - can I take some Advil? When I got to blow my nose, it sounds like alot is coming out. But very little does. What can I do?

Hello,

I think you are having a stuffed nose possible allergic rhinitis.

You can have antihistamines such Benadryl or cetirizine for it. Also, use decongestants such as pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine for congestion. You can use a nasal spray found OTC. Also rinse nose with saline water often.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
