Hi, I have some popping in my neck on the left side that only occurs when I turn my head a certain way (although I haven t figured out exactly which way), but it didn t start until shortly after I fell a few days ago. I have a lot of tension in the top of my shoulders, which I often have but has increased since the fall. Could it be muscle tension causing the popping? I m not having nect pain per se, just the popping...?
