What Causes Popping Sensation In The Shoulder?
I slipped on a jungle gym while holding myself with only one arm holding me. My body twisted with almost all of my weight on my arm. As I twisted I could hear several pops around my shoulder and now almost every motion hurts like crazy. Does that sound more like a separation or torn muscles/ligaments?

Sometimes, when such severe slipping, the bones can be moved off the respective joints explaining the several pops around your shoulder.
However, I think you should get further examined by your orthopaedic specialist and run MRI of the shoulder joint to evaluate the changes there.
