What Causes Popping Sensation Under My Rib Cage When Lying Down?

I've been having a popping sensation right under my rib cage on the left side and when I lay down on my left side it pops in and out and you can push on it and you can feel it popping and going in and out and I don't know what this is! Can you help me and give me the right answer please?

Well come to HCM
Some time due to Hyperacidity hypeperistalsis taking place and this could be the reason for what the sound you hear, but this is nothing to worry because this comes around with the medicine given below,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg with Tab Domperidone 30 mg once in day for couple of weeks, hope this information helps, take care.
