i am a female, i just wanted to know i had sprained my ankle 2 years ago and i have elevated it and there is a bump on my ankle. when i would move my ankle in circles i would hear popping and it would hurt sometimes. there have been times i would trip cause my ankle would usually give up. then gets strenghth
