What Causes Popping Sound In The Leg While Exercising?
Hi when I am doing a leg lift with my right leg, I can feel a crackling and popping in my lower back. It s very uncomfortable, which makes me stop exercising with that leg. It only happens when I m laying down and doing movements with my right leg. Is this normal?
I went through your details. You already know that there are many joints in your hip area and lower back. You will be able to hear many cracks and faint sounds during stretching or while exercising. Those sounds are quite normal and you are able to hear because those joints are not stiff and are flexible enough to withstand mild to moderate shocks. That is a good sign. You should start worrying when you have pain and redness along with sound.
