What Causes Popping Sound On Shoulder Followed By Pain While Lifting Arm?

Hi, I was recently doing bench presses and on the 3rd set something in my shoulder popped. I can move my forearm back and forth, but can t raise my upper arm without pain. I think it s getting a little better, but afraid that it may be a rotator cuff problem?

Your symptoms are suggestive of ligamental laxity in the shoulder.Get an X ray shoulder jt includig arm ap,lateral view and review with reports.thankyou
